Some conditions require an in-person examination, laboratory testing, imaging, urgent care, or emergency evaluation. We may recommend in-person care if your condition cannot be safely treated online.

How quickly will my visit be reviewed?
Complete requests submitted before 4:00 PM ET are generally reviewed within approximately two hours, with later requests potentially reviewed the following day.
Do you take insurance?
